This website runs on servers in Germany. Hosting and technical maintenance are carried out on our behalf by an IT service provider based in Germany, with whom a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place.

When you open a page, the web server automatically records the data your browser transmits: IP address, date and time, the address requested, the volume of data transferred, status code, browser type and operating system, and the page you visited previously. These logs serve secure operation and the defence against attacks (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and are deleted after 30 days at the latest.

The site is delivered exclusively over an encrypted connection (TLS/HTTPS). Data transmitted between your device and our server is therefore protected against being read by third parties.

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies from third parties. The only thing stored is your decision from the cookie notice (entry amcas-kebab-cookie-consent-v1). The legal basis for storing that decision is section 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG.

You can delete these entries at any time in your browser settings; the notice will then appear again.

We record which page and which campaign parameters brought you to us, as well as clicks on phone numbers and email addresses on this website. The analysis happens exclusively in our own database on our own server; no data is passed to third parties and no profiles are created.

Nothing is stored on your device in the process — no cookies, no local storage. The referral details exist only for the duration of your visit, in the browser memory. The legal basis is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR); you may object to this analysis at any time.

If you contact us via a form, by email or by phone, we process the details you provide in order to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where the enquiry serves the initiation or performance of a contract, and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We delete the data as soon as it is no longer needed and no statutory retention obligations apply.

Fonts are served from our own server; there is no connection to Google Fonts. We do not embed social media plugins or third-party advertising networks. The home page embeds a Google Maps map; it loads content from Google servers when the page opens, and your IP address is transmitted to Google in the process. External links are only called up when you click them; from that point the privacy policy of the respective provider applies.

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21). You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7(3) GDPR). An informal message to info@amcas-kebab.de is sufficient.

You may lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The competent authority is the Bavarian Data Protection Authority (BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany.

We update this policy whenever the processing on this website changes or the legal situation requires it. The version published here is the one that applies.
