How to get here
Take the S3 westbound from Munich central station towards Mammendorf and get off at Gröbenzell — roughly twenty minutes from Marienplatz. From the station it is a short walk to Schubertstraße 6. By car, leave the A99 towards Germering or come through Lochhausen from the west of the city.
What is on the menu
Two separate spits, chicken and steak, carved to order rather than kept warm in a tray. Each comes in flatbread, rolled as a Dürüm wrap, on a plate with sides, or in a bowl. Falafel is the vegetarian option and is fried fresh. Lahmacun — thin Turkish flatbread — is baked here as well.

Montag bis Samstag von 11 bis 20 Uhr, Sonntag geschlossen. Telefonische Vorbestellung unter 089 200083515 ist möglich und lohnt sich in der Mittags- und Abendzeit. Bezahlt wird vor Ort; geliefert wird derzeit nicht.

Yes. Ordering in English is no problem — the menu is short and the counter staff are used to it.
How far is it from Munich city centre?+
About twenty minutes by S-Bahn line S3 to Gröbenzell, then a few minutes on foot. By car it is roughly fifteen kilometres from the centre.

Not at the moment. You can order by phone and pick up, or eat in.
